The Next Titan Unveils ₦50 Million Prize for Season 11 Entrepreneurship Competition.

Organisers of The Next Titan Nigeria have announced a ₦50 million grand prize for the 11th edition of the entrepreneurship reality television competition, reinforcing the program’s commitment to supporting aspiring entrepreneurs with funding, mentorship and business development opportunities.

The announcement was made during the programme’s pre-season brunch and press conference in Lagos, where Betano was unveiled as the title sponsor for the upcoming season.

Speaking at the event, Executive Producer of The Next Titan, Mide Akinlaja, said the new season, themed “Be The Relentless,” is designed to help young entrepreneurs transform innovative business ideas into sustainable ventures through practical business training, expert mentorship and access to funding.

According to Akinlaja, the program is more than a reality television show, as it provides participants with hands-on entrepreneurial experience by exposing them to real-world business challenges and equipping them with the skills needed to build and grow successful enterprises.

He noted that entrepreneurship remains one of the most effective tools for addressing unemployment and driving economic growth, adding that many former contestants have gone on to establish successful businesses and create employment opportunities.

Organisers disclosed that the competition will run for 10 weeks and will be broadcast on major television stations across Nigeria. The ₦50 million prize fund will be shared among the winner and runners-up to support the establishment or expansion of their businesses.

Auditions for Season 11 are scheduled to begin in August across Abuja, Lagos, Port Harcourt and Enugu. Successful applicants will participate in a three-day entrepreneurship bootcamp, after which the top 20 contestants will be selected to compete in the Titan House through weekly business challenges, mentorship sessions and boardroom eliminations.

Speaking on the partnership, Betano’s Senior Business Development Advisor for Africa, Daniel Lamberti, said the company’s sponsorship reflects its commitment to promoting entrepreneurship and supporting initiatives that generate sustainable social and economic impact.

The organisers added that, for more than a decade, The Next Titan has served as a leading platform for nurturing innovation, enterprise development and self-reliance by providing aspiring entrepreneurs with practical business experience, mentorship and access to funding opportunities.
